Reception / Admin (Term)
Mazergroup – Hartney is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Administrative and Accounting Support person to cover a maternity leave. This position has a STRONG potential to become permanent. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this role is responsible for greeting our clients, answering phones and assisting with administrative functions for the location. In addition to the administrative duties, this role assists other departments at the location as needed in areas such as inventory, document processing, accounting, etc.
The successful candidate must be a team player, self-motivated and organized with preference given to those with 1-3 years experience in a similar environment. Must haves are: keen attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment, good oral communication skills, computer proficiency, and continuous learner.
